Basil Garlic Wet Rub
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together.

Rub all over pork, and let stand 30 minutes before cooking.
