Basil Garlic Wet Rub
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Rub all over pork, and let stand 30 minutes before cooking.
