BBQ Sundae: Barbecue in a Glass

Must try this. Saw the recipe on Serious Eats – “Baked Bean Barbecue Sundaes.” A nice layer of potato salad, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, and a topping of cherry tomatoes, all inside a Mason jar. A perfect to-go lunch, actually. Recipe is found here. Perfect complement to sweet tea.
