Cumin White Wine Garlic Marinade for Poultry
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 small garlic cloves crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon whole cumin seed
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
