Slice the chilled rolled butter, and place a pat on barbecued pork chops before serving.
Garlic Mustard Compound Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick soft butter
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.

Transfer to a sheet of wax paper, and wrap and roll to shape into a cylinder.

Chill until hard, and slice for serving.
