Use this marinade to beef, chicken, and shrimp. Toss whatever meat you are using into the marinade and mix to coat well. Marinate for at least an hour before draining the meat, and cooking.

Mexican Fajitas Marinade
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk all the ingredients together, and use as a marinade.
