Pineapple Basting Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Instructions

Place the brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a saucepan. Heat to a simmer, then cook for about 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.

Remove from heat and add in the pineapple juice.

Use for all pork and ham.
