Pineapple Basting Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
  1. Place the brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a saucepan. Heat to a simmer, then cook for about 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and add in the pineapple juice.
  3. Use for all pork and ham.
