Ingredients
  • 10 to 12 pounds potatoes
  • 24 hard cooked eggs chopped
  • 2 large bunches celery chopped
  • 1 quart salad pickles chopped
  • 5 small cans pimiento chopped
  • 3 medium onions chopped
  • 3 to 4 green peppers chopped
  • 1 /4 cup salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 quart mayonnaise
  • 1 jar 6 ounces mustard
