Ingredients
  • 2 12- ounce bottles of chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to low boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
