Ingredients
- 2 12- ounce bottles of chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions

Add all the ingredients in a small saucepan.

Bring to low boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened.

Remove from heat, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
