White Wine Orange Marinade for Poultry
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 shallots minced
  • 2 large cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Pinch of white pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Marinade poultry for about 30 minutes in refrigerator before grilling.
