Zesty Coleslaw
Ingredients
For the Dressing
  • 2 cups real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper
For the Veggies
  • 6 cups mixed red and green cabbage shredded
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
Instructions
For the Dressing
  1. Whisk all the ingredients together.
For the Coleslaw
  1. Toss the veggies together in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over, and toss to coat all the veggies. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. This coleslaw keeps for a day in the refrigerator if making ahead.
