Zesty Coleslaw
Ingredients
For the Dressing
- 2 cups real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper
For the Veggies
- 6 cups mixed red and green cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots julienned
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
Instructions
For the Dressing

Whisk all the ingredients together.
For the Coleslaw

Toss the veggies together in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over, and toss to coat all the veggies. Season with salt and pepper.

This coleslaw keeps for a day in the refrigerator if making ahead.
